Refund policy

Please be sure to read the full descriptions before purchasing a unit.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. EXCHANGES & REFUNDS ARE NOT PERMITTED. 

In the case that a return is permitted, it must be within 2 days of receiving your package. The unit must be returned in the same manner you received it, with the lace in tact & unit UNWORN. Please include your name, order number, and reason for the return in the package. After 48 hours, we will no longer be responsible for anything pertaining to the unit. There will be a 30% restocking fee for returned or canceled order items. 

No refund will be issued after returns for wrong head measurement, or improper understanding of shipping/delivery policies; only a replacement or store credit towards a future order.

*We will not offer a refund/exchange for hair that you have altered on your own.*

Please be sure to properly measure your head (preferably with flat braids/cornrows), using the template under all units and below. If you need assistance, please reach out to us before purchasing.
